Dinosaurs

It was a snowy and rainy Monday this week. Whenever it rains, Sophie talks about how bored she is because there is nothing to do ... but today she decided that we should all go to the dinosaur museum. So we took the kids to the Natural History Museum up at the U. The kids love the dinosaur bones.

They also love the insect exhibit ... where they have puppets and a little theatre to put on a puppet show. They spent a lot of time entertaining us with their show!

Before we could leave the kids had to find a ruby (because that is the name of our baby) in the gems sections ... I didn't think we were going to find one but we did right as we were about to get on the elevator.

It was a fun little outing ... and a great activity for a gloomy day. Good idea Soph!
